Here is a back story from 2016 -2018: My left knee was not working correctly. I had constant pain, swelling and couldn’t walk properly so my whole body was out of alignment. As a result, I couldn’t exercise, I gained a lot of weight and the quality of my life was compromised.

In the summer of 2018 I injured my left knee for the last time. It was bone on bone and I was told I needed knee replacement surgery. I didn’t want surgery or anything to do with surgery, so I was at an extreme crossroad. After extensive research, I decided to do Regenerative Stem Cell Therapy. It really changed my life!

5 years later I still have a new knee! I knew I needed to help others to reclaim the quality of their lives so I added Regenerative Stem Cell Therapy to my Medical Spa and the Novita Beauty & Regenerative Wellness Clinic was birthed!

Since January of 2019, we have assisted almost 400 people to reclaim the quality of their lives.

At the end of 2021, CHOSE to evolve on a different path! Now that I could walk again and exercise, I knew it was time to begin to loose all this weight I had gained.

It has been slow but I was COMMITTED to myself to loose the weight and REALLY reclaim the quality of my life! I knew this journey would have many twists and turns, but I learned so much about God’s continuing plan for my life during these 5 years.

I am here to assist you on your journey to transform YOUR life! It starts with Clarity. To know what you really want. Then the Courage to talk the first step, no matter what. The Confidence is then built to want to be the best you and have the best life that you can possibly have. The YOU that God created you to be. Then the Commitment to continue on even during those set backs and seemingly permanent road blocks. And lastly the Compassion to give yourself grace, God has.

Many of you know, I published my book Hope & Possibilities…Just Over The Horizon. It Is Never Too Early Or Too Late To Create The Life Of Your Dreams, in December of 2019. It went to #1 on Amazon in 4 Business Category’s January 4th, 2020.

I share this here because nearly 12 years ago, shortly after my husband Paul went home to Heaven, God gave me the mandate to share my story. My story I asked? Paul’s illness, tonight and his passing, my life story? God doesn’t answer those questions.

Over the next 8 years I started journaling and then with many stops and starts I wrote “My Story.”
