It Is Never Too Late

As I sit here writing this to you I am reflecting on something I did this week!
Something I almost didn’t do. If I hadn’t done this, I would have missed out on a special memory with someone I love, and I would have not known how much physical life I still have in me.
We stop before we should, based on society saying you shouldn’t do this or that.
Why do we listen to this head trash?
I normally don’t listen to it.
But, when it comes to my body, I hold myself back.
CHIP!
Over my life I have been called chubby. I am sure you can relate. It may not be the chubby thing, it could be something else. Regardless, that self image and lack of confidence holds you back from doing it all, all that God has intended for you.
It chips away at us.
As I said, in most arenas I don’t let head trash from the past hold me back. I have acquired many tools and knowledge that I use to propel me and my life forward. Hallelujah!
On Monday I had an experience that will propel me forward for the rest of my life.
I was invited to Hadley’s 12th Birthday Party at a water park…oh no…a water park – which meant I had to wear the dreaded bathing suit!
I went. I wasn’t not going to go, but I didn’t bring a bathing suit. I thought I’ll just join them and watch.
Watch. I’m really not a sit on the side lines kinda girl!
Hadley was disappointed that I wasn’t participating. After about an hour of sitting in a hot, humid water park. I gave myself a pep talk and said “girl don’t be so vain and ridiculous.”
I got up and went to the gift shop and bought a bathing suit. I went to the dressing room and put it on. From there I literally and figuratively jumped in and joined the Party!!
Not only did I do the easy things, the lazy river and the wave pool, but I climbed the tallest steps to the top of the building and came down through tubes of water twisting and turning, ending by being thrown into a pool of water!
Wow!! I kept up with everyone and had a wonderful time!

I DECLARE
I declare that it is not too late to accomplish everything God has placed in my heart. I have not missed my window of opportunity God has moments of favor in my future, He is preparing me right now because He is about to release a special grace to help me accomplish that dream. This is my time. This is my moment. I receive it today. This is my declaration.

I was the first to launch result-oriented skin care to Salons in 1992. I trained and educated Salons to evolve into Luxury Day and Medical Spas.
