Motivation Mindset Monday…Keep Going!!

I hope you had a beautiful Thanksgiving and weekend!

My thanksgiving was very special. I did a Turkey Trot and completed the 2 mi course!

This was really important to me.

I titled this Motivation Mindset Monday message KEEP GOING!

Why?

I know that we all start things that we feel are important to us. But life gets in the way and we get off the path so to speak.

I share this from experience.

Several years ago I made up my mind (A Mind Set Change) that I was going to lose weight and become physically fit! Over these two years I have had many things happen that could have stopped me in my tracks and get me off the path.

I said NO. Not this time!

I have battled weight all my life. This time I knew it was not going to be a quick weight loss then gain it back but a life style change. A change in my habits. A change in my mindset.

During these 2 years I have lost over 30 lbs. It has taken time.
This year, starting in January, I decided it was time to put alcohol on the altar.

This Thanksgiving I was so joyful to have done the Turkey Trot!!

Keep Going…you’re going to make it. I am here for you!!

Many of you know, I published my book Hope & Possibilities…Just Over The Horizon. It Is Never Too Early Or Too Late To Create The Life Of Your Dreams, in December of 2019. It went to #1 on Amazon in 4 Business Category’s January 4th, 2020.

I share this here because nearly 12 years ago, shortly after my husband Paul went home to Heaven, God gave me the mandate to share my story. My story I asked? Paul’s illness, tonight and his passing, my life story? God doesn’t answer those questions.

Over the next 8 years I started journaling and then with many stops and starts I wrote “My Story.”
