Yes, this is a camper but it means so much more! 
The story is long and complex, but I’ll keep it short.
God gave my dear friend Nick Austin a vision to help woman heal from the scars they have been carrying with them. These scars encompass all scars physical and emotional. The process would begin with her professional photography. Women would come and share their “Scar Stories,” in a safe and beautiful environment.
Her mission was to begin a non-profit that would have a photo studio. At this photo studio women could come and have a photo shoot and share their story! They would be seen and heard, possibly for the first time in their lives.
In 2019 Nick Austin took action. The non-profit We Are Not Broken was founded. Nick opened a small photo studio off the square in downtown Georgetown, TX. The response from women wanting to share their stories has been explosive. She now has a larger studio in the same building. Women from all over the country have reached out wanting to share their stories!
Nick again went into prayer. She asked for a camper that could be converted to a mobile photo studio for We Are Not Broken. This would enable her to reach women remotely. At first in Texas and the region. God provided her with a donation of this 33-foot camper!
Her next vision is to have affiliate We Are Not Broken photographers around the USA assisting women to share their “Scar Stories,” lending hope on the path to their healing.

Amazingly, after I posted the above story about my friend Nick on Facebook, this popped up on the memories. Wow! In this Facebook Live video, I was saying the same thing.
The most amazing part is, a year ago when I did this live, I had no idea what 2020 would “behold” for me!

CLARITY
Someone asked me yesterday why am I not retiring? You see I just turned 70 last year and I sold my brick and mortar spa, The Novita Spa and Medical Rejuvenation Clinic. Most people would “retire.” That is what most people would do.
Why!?
I answered her that I am very blessed to know my purpose, passion and talent!
My Purpose is to help others identify their dreams goals and desires. To gain their Clarity.

My Talent is to create. To create for me to share with you.

LISTEN. TRUST. ACTION
When will we ever learn that there are no hopeless situations, only us humans who have grown hopeless about them? What appears as an unsolvable problem to us is actually a rather exhilarating challenge.
Listen. When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, You knew my path. Psalm 142:3
There is always hope! Hope is tangible and it builds solutions. We need to learn to listen. There are tools to build this inner strengthen to listen. New habits. Rising early to build a plan for the day. Start a Gratitude and Goals Journal, Reading about others and how they not only have dealt with seemingly hopeless situations but overcame them. Coaches and mentors are invaluable. You can not accomplish your dreams and goals without them. These are but a few suggestions.
My book “Hope and Possibilities Just Over The Horizon. It Is Never Too Early Or Too Late To Create The Life of Your Dreams” is my story of personal challenges and ways that I overcame these life situations and events.
Trust. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, and in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path. Proverbs 3:5-6
When you learn to really listen to your inner voice you will begin to trust it. For example, you may know that there is a plan or a project that you are supposed to do, but it is not the right time for it. You won’t abort it. You will learn to listen to when that right time is. Your discerner will get strong. You will learn how and when to take action.
Action. And I tell you, ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you. Luke 11:19
I have learned over time by building these inner discerners and strengths of Listening and Trusting that the decision and knowledge of what, when and how to take Action becomes very clear . There seems to be invisible bridges at the end of what seemingly was a dead end street.
There were many of these situations like re-building my second skin care line after selling my first brand Glycolique. There were many reasons not to go forward. But, after much prayer, quiet time and seeking the answers it was clear that I should take that first step and start my second skin care brand launch Novita Spa Clinicals.
Novita, New Birth, New Life, Always Something New!
This New Year begin to build these inner strengths to Listen, Trust and then to Take Action. They will begin to guide your way of infinite possibilities just over the horizon!

The directive to write and share my story with you, was given to my spirit the night my husband Paul went home to heaven. Paul and I were together ever so short, but he healed my heart forever. He truly was my greatest cheerleader.
This is a difficult season for many and this year many of us including me, can not be with our families. It creates a very different season.
I thought you may enjoy a story of a NYC girl who now has been deep in the heat of Texas for many years now!
It has a backdrop of the NYC area in the 1950’s-1980’s then on to Texas and beyond. It is a story of love, adventure, friendship and creativity. It is a story of sadness, disappointments and loss. It is ultimately a story of Hope and Faith!
